This product is everything you could need for head, neck, shoulder alignment while sleeping, sitting up, or just resting. The cover is exceptional in its non-smell and very soft, non-irritating material. Most foam products have the petroleum based smell that is sickening for some of us. Not so with this product. I bought it because I have vertigo (BPPV) which is associated with head positions and the chiropractor also recommended support for the spine during sleep. BPPV was horrific during sleep when turning over. Now the wedge pillow provides the right support for when I need to turn and also rise to get out of bed.
